Start a community health worker program

The Community Health Partnership Project strives to train interested community members on health topics so they can spread the word to their family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.  The project, created by Gulfcoast South Area Health Education Center in partnership with the Florida Department of Health, is looking for organizations that may want to partner on training Community Health Workers.
