For people without prescription coverage or those with coverage who meet certain income qualifications. Provides discounts on virtually all drugs at participating pharmacies. For Florida residents who are:
- Age 60 or older without prescription coverage OR are in a Medicare Part D coverage gap
- Under age 60, without prescription coverage and with qualifying annual income
